DVS Universal Grinding GmbH is all about hard-fine machining. They achieve maximum efficiency in two ways by intelligently combining the hard turning and cylindrical grinding technologies: First, they improve the quality of they customers’ machining processes through greater precision;
secondly, they enable customers to produce more economically thanks to shorter set-up and machining times.
But in order to be future-proof, they also leave room for maximum flexibility: Thanks to its modular design, DVS UGrind can be adapted to a wide range of machining tasks, such as hard turning and cylindrical grinding of shafts and chucked parts for contract manufacturers as well as manufacturers of clamping devices, milling tools, components for automobiles or agricultural machinery, or for general mechanical engineering.

HK-CON Mascbinenbau from Fulda develops, designs and manufactures automated, multi-axis CNC turning and milling centres for individual large-scale production. The basis is formed by modular production units that are flexibly and economically combied with the respective optimum technologies for the most diverse application.
Single-, two-spindle and multi-spindle solutions can be realised with the HK-CON modular system as well as applications with driven tools for drilling, milling, turning and grinding. In addition tool turrets and tool magazines with quick-change devices are also in use. All HK-CON machines are designed for highly productive, automate operation.

In HK-CON concept, the turning spindle with the clamped workpiece is moved past stationary, driven tools, rolling heads and all other technologies for machining. High precision with high cutting forces and minimum machining times are HK-CON benchmark.
